My dad's side of the family lives in Mexico, San Luis Potosi. This photo (about 1/4 of the family) was taken at Christmas, 1994. Every other year we celebrate Christmas with them in Mexico. In 1994, the resort they selected for the holiday trip was in the mountains. My parents, sister, Brian and I had spent the 4 days prior in Nuevo Vallarta the 85 degree sun. As you can see by the clothing, this mountain resort left us longing for the heat. This Christmas we are going back and I have put in my request for a beach hotel instead of a mountain resort. |
